It is said that the hardest part of any important task is getting started in the first place. That is why all our services begin with an initial consultation, so that we can get to know you and the business you are building. This consultation is used to create your brand identity, which we communicate back to you with a brand book.

Brand guidelines are the rules and standards that communicate how your brand should be presented. They make sure your brand is is consistent throughout your online presence and ensure that your entire team is united with the same beliefs and approach to your business.

We will develop a bespoke brand book covering:

The intangible

• Who are we?
• What is our purpose?
• What are our core values?
• What is our brand personality?

The visual and the verbal

• What tone do we use to talk to our customers?
• What are the language do’s and don’ts when we communicate?
• Colour palette (primary and secondary)
• Fonts

Referencing your brand book, we will create a pack of logo designs using your primary and secondary color palette. To ensure you have plenty of choice, five creative concepts will be provided so you can pick and choose as you like.

You may, or may not, have already decided on your business name and purchased your domain name. If not, we will source and purchase a domain name for your business and will set-up the mailboxes you need to get started i.e info@newbusinessname.co,uk

If your chosen domain name is already taken, we will manage the domain broker process to attempt to purchase it from the current owner. *subject to additional cost

Once your business is up and running, you will find yourself inundated with questions which you spend time answering on a regular basis.

Digital brochures are a great way of providing your customers with more information about your products or services, whilst saving you time! They can be used in a variety of simple automations, such as on chat-bots or in Facebook messenger, giving your customer the opportunity to find their own answers effectively and efficiently. We will design and create a digital brochure, up to 15 pages long, which shows your business in the best light.
